Open Air Theatre

   Vote
In the heart of one of the city's favourite parks, The Open Air Theatre is a much-loved tradition of London life.

The award-winning Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre is a London landmark – a firm fixture of summer in the city, providing a cultural hub in the beautiful surroundings of a Royal Park.

Its steeply raked auditorium is one of the largest in London with 1,240 seats, yet those who attend say it is one of the most intimate.

Launching the 2013 season, Harper Lee’s American classic To Kill a Mockingbird opens on 16 May, followed by Jane Austen’s ultimate romantic comedy Pride and Prejudice and The Winter’s Tale re-imagined for everyone aged six and over. The theatre will then complete their line up with Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music.
